Yes, it's that time of year again: a glamorous three years late in delivery (but all the better for it) I now proudly present you with novel number four: A Partial Indulgence. People have picked up on its artistic content - and API does undeniably touch on the joys, pleasures and horrors of the art world - yet it also looks at obsessive love and how people deal with life when things don't turn out as they thought they would. Some days, I think of it as The Picture of Dorian Grey meets The Lovely Bones with a pinch of Mallory Towers and Brideshead Revisited, although one observant journalist tells me it feels more like 'Jackie Collins meets E.H. Gombrich via William Burroughs and Nancy Mittford.'

Enjoy the ride,
Stephanie
